Celina has become one of the most talked-about cities in North DFW, and for good reason. It offers new construction, great schools, and a genuine community feel at a price point that's often more accessible than neighboring cities.

What I tell my clients about Celina.

Celina is one of the fastest-growing cities in Collin County, but it still has that small-town character that's hard to find in more developed areas. The downtown square has local restaurants and shops, and there's a real sense of community here.

For buyers, Celina often offers more square footage and newer construction at a lower price per square foot than Prosper or Frisco. If you're looking for a new build with good schools and don't need to be right in the middle of everything, Celina is worth a serious look.

The area is served by both Prosper ISD and Celina ISD, both of which have strong reputations. As the city continues to grow, infrastructure and amenities are expanding to keep pace.
